Refund & Returns Policy – BeyondBuilt

Overview

At BeyondBuilt, your satisfaction matters to us. While we cannot accept physical returns due to the nature of our products, we do offer refunds or product replacements in cases where there are genuine issues with your order. Our goal is always to make your experience with us as smooth and reliable as possible.


Refunds and Replacements

  • Our refund and replacement policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • After 7 days, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or replacement.

  • Refunds or replacements are considered only if there are notable product or order issues (e.g. damaged goods, incorrect items).

  • To request assistance, please email sales@beyondbuilt.co.za with your order number in the subject line. Include clear details and photos of the issue (if applicable).

  • Our support team will respond within 24 hours (Monday–Friday).


Process to Follow

  1. Submit your query via email with your order number and supporting details.

  2. Once reviewed and approved by our team, we will confirm your resolution options (store credit, refund, or replacement).

  3. If you choose a refund:

    • Store credit → processed the same day.

    • Crypto refunds → typically processed the same day.

    • EFT refunds → issued the same day but may take up to 48 hours to reflect depending on your bank.

  4. If you choose a replacement:

    • Dispatched the next business day (subject to stock availability).

    • Tracking details will be shared once shipped.


Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund or replacement details within 48 hours of approval, please reply to your existing email thread with sales@beyondbuilt.co.za for an update.

  • Banks may take additional time to reflect EFT refunds, even after proof of payment is provided.


Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.

  • Sale or promotional items are refundable only at their sale value, not the regular price.


Order Cancellations

  • BeyondBuilt reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion.

  • Refunds for cancelled orders will always be issued via the same payment method used at checkout.


Shipping & Returns

  • Due to the consumable nature of our products, we are unable to accept product returns.

  • Please ensure your order details are correct before checkout to avoid issues.
