01. How are the products shipped?

All orders are shipped discreetly across South Africa to ensure your privacy.
You can choose between two shipping options at checkout:

  • Express Delivery – 1–2 business days — R150
  • Economy Delivery – 2–5 business days — R100

Tracking details will be provided once your order is dispatched. 

02. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
  • Cash Deposits
  • Bitcoin (BTC)

Please use your order number as the payment reference to avoid any delays in processing. 

03. My items arrived damaged or incorrect — what should I do?

If your order was damaged or incorrect, please email us at sales@beyondbuilt.co.za with your order number as the subject line.

Include:

  • A description of the damaged or incorrect items
  • Photos of the items and packaging, if possible

We’ll review your case and get back to you with the best resolution.

Important:
Please keep all original packaging intact so we can arrange a return collection if needed.
